We can all thank Air New Zealand again for this one. If you don’t want to do a three-way flight for about 50 dollars more, which includes New Zealand and you’re trip, you can fly one-stop to Australia from San Francisco fro $730 and up on Air New Zealand.

Alaska Airlines, American, and Virgin are going neck and neck on this one. All of these carriers say that they offer roundtrip flights between Seattle and San Francisco for $119, but you need to book your flight a couple of weeks in advance, and weekend flights can cost $159.

Usually, the lowest priced flights to LA from San Francisco are a little over $49 each way. That’s what both Virgin America and Southwest usually charge (assuming you book a few weeks in advance).

$800 for a roundtrip flight to Melbourne from San Francisco is deal in itself. Especially for Christmas time. After further research, I found that I can add a stopover in Auckland without bringing up the price. In some cases, the stopover will actually REDUCE the flight price.

This September through November, United, Northwest, and Delta are all offering discount one-stop flights to Vietnam for $595 roundtrip including all taxes and fees.

The American Airlines discount offer is for flights traveling between August 31st and September 30th. Flights into Russia must depart on Tuesdays or Thursdays, and returning flights must be on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Flights to New York City from San Francisco are finally under 250 again. Delta Airlines is now offering roundtrip direct flights between New York City and San Francisco for $219 including all taxes and fees.
