About a month ago, Singapore Airlines announced an amazing flight promotion on flights from LA to Tokyo when booking two tickets at once. I was waiting for a similar announcement on flights leaving from San Francisco, and finally got my wish.
Singapore Airlines is now offering discounted flights to Hong Kong, Bangkok, Singapore, Seoul, Bali, Kuala Lampur, Penang, Mumbai, Chennai, and Delhi, when flying in pairs.
In many cases, these flight prices are equivalent to a the price of a single ticket with other airlines.
Fly to Seoul, Bangkok, or Singapore for about $1000 roundtrip for two. Fly to India for about $1200 roundtrip for two.
Singapore Airlines is often rated when the top airlines for international travel as well, and note that these flight prices are for DIRECT flights, which makes these deals even more impressive.
