All of these carriers say that they offer roundtrip flights between Seattle and San Francisco for $119, but you need to book your flight a couple of weeks in advance, and weekend flights can cost $159.

If you want to fly out to Seattle for a weekend at the lowest cost, you can fly back on a 7 am flight on Monday, which will get you back in San Francisco at 9 am, so you can just take the morning off.

Alternatively, you can fly out Friday evening, and come back Sunday afternoon for $159 roundtrip.

Especially if you can get on Virgin, that could be the way to go.
