Southwest Airlines Continues $59 Flights from Oakland

Southwest Airlines is continuing their $59 one-way flights from Oakland through October 30th.

This discount includes flights to Orange County, LAX, Burbank, Ontario, and San Diego. Taxes and fees can add an additional 10-15 dollars to your flight each way.

Southwest Airlines also offers discount flights to Phoenix, Las Vegas, Dallas, Fort Lauderdale, and Milwaukee, among many other American cities. Overall, I think they’re one of the best airlines for domestic flights, but here are some concerns from former travelers on Southwest.

Currently, for domestic flights, Southwest, American Airlines, AirTran, and JetBlue are the cheapest airlines to travel. They’re all offering discounts.
