Discount Flights to Florida on US Airways

Through July 26th, you can book flights to Florida on US Airways for about 80 dollars each way to both Tampa and Ft Lauderdale from San Francisco.

This is part of US Airways recently announced fare sale.

Based on what I’ve seen, I think this sale is a decent deal, but not great. JetBlue offers discount flights to Orlando and Ft Lauderdale from the Bay Area for about this price, and American Airlines has been offering a ton of discount flights across the US, and to Florida especially.

Still, If you’re looking to get to either Ft Lauderdale or Tampa sometime in September, US Airways could be the way to go.
