$433 - Flights to Lima Peru from San Francisco

Starting in late August, and going throughout September and October, Taca Airlines, Aero Mexico, and Copa Airlines are all offering roundtrip flights to Lima Peru from San Francisco for $433, including all taxes and fees.

Flights typically have a single layover either in San Salvador, San Jose Costa Rica, or Mexico City.

This is one of the cheapest flights to South America. Flights to Ecuador are also particularly cheap right now, plus all flights to Central America and the Caribbean are on sale right now too.

From Lima, most people head straight for Machu Picchu. There are two popular routes; either trek the Inca Trail which can take a couple of days, or take public transportation through Cuzco and Aguas Calientes.
