$39 - Flights to Long Beach from SFO - Each Way
Usually, the lowest priced flights to LA from San Francisco are a little over $49 each way. That’s what both Virgin America and Southwest usually charge (assuming you book a few weeks in advance).
Virgin flies into LAX. Southwest flies into Burbank.
Now JetBlue is undercutting both of these airlines and offering $39 flights to Long Beach airport from SFO. Must book by August 5th (this Wednesday), though I’d expect for a similar discounted flight to arise again sometime in the next few months.
JetBlue also flies out of San Jose and Oakland, so if you can’t find flights for 40 bucks from SFO, definitely check flights leaving from Oakland or San Jose.
