Move over Barcelona, San Sebastien, and Madrid - Malaga, Spain with its rich history, vast natural surrounds, and bustling industry is now a major tourist draw.

Flight Details: Layovers in Philadelphia and Madrid, with a flight time of about 20 hours each way.

Booking Details: I found flights for under $600 both times I did a search on Sidestep, one search for flights on May 6-15 and one search for flights between May 13-22.

What to Do in Malaga:

Major draws include the 11th Century Moorish fortress of Alcazaba and the Castillo de Gibralfaro (Gibralfaro Castle). There’s also a Picasso museum in Malaga (seems like there’s one in every major
Spanish city).

I’d look to book a Malaga bike tour or go to one of the many nearby beaches , personally.
