$99 - Fly to Baltimore from Boston for $99 on Air Tran

Yes, Air Tran. That airline we all forgot existed. Well, if you’re looking to fly to the DC area, consider jumping on one of these flights from AirTran which offers $99 roundtrip flights from Logan to BWI for most travel days, and especially on a number of days this June.

If you want to fly into Washington DC, JetBlue is selling roundtrip flights for $160. These flights are available on most days as well.

JetBlue flies into Dulles Airport (IAD), which is on the Metro, and which can take you pretty much anywhere in the Washington DC area.

From BWI, Metrobus is the cheapest way to get to Washington DC. You can also ride either of the Amtrak or MARC trains. MARC tends to be a little cheaper than Amtrak, but doesn’t run on weekends.
